Junior Football Organiser
The Football Association Junior Football Organisers Course has been designed to support the development of young volunteers aged 14 to 18 years of age, working in youth football.
The FA recognises that young volunteers and leaders are essential to the development of the game at grass roots level. The course, through a guided discovery approach, will assist the young leaders to not only personally develop their own knowledge and skills but to also be able to deliver FUN, SAFE and PROGRESSIVE sessions to young players, perhaps introducing some young people to football for the first time.
