Peter Wright

Peter is currently a holder of the UEFA 'A' license qualification, he is an accredited tutor/assessor/verifier for 1st 4 sport qualifications.  Peter works extensively in player/coach education and most recently was responsible for the setting up of a new football scholarship scheme for Wycombe Wanderers F.C.  Peter had a long distinguished career in semi professional football both playing and coaching, he also spent 2 years as a full time professional in Germany.  Through Wright Football Peter has had the opportunity to coach, not only in England but also Northern Ireland, Scotland, France and as far a field as Austrailia.

 

Ben Williams

Assistant Managing Director

Ben's qualifications to date include a diploma in sports studies and the UEFA 'B' license.  Ben is due to complete his UEFA 'A' license in the summer of 2007.  Ben's responsibilities for the company are to help oversee all of the Community scheme and to ensure that all of the standards are met.  He is also in charge of running the level 1 and level 2 Coaching Certificate courses.  Ben is mainly based at Mandeville School in Aylesbury running the Wycombe Wanderers scholarship scheme, this includes managing and coaching the U19 team in the youth conference league.  The highlight of Ben's career to date is winning the FA National Sunday Cup with Gossams End in 2005 the final was played at Anfield.

 

Adam Colley

Sports Development Manager

As Sports Development Manager, Adam Colley’s role is to co-ordinate our Football & Sport in the Community Schemes throughout the Aylesbury Vale and South Bucks Districts.  Adam works with many Primary Schools and sporting organisations in order to deliver Curricular and Extra Curricular activities, including our Multi Skills program.  Adam gained his Level 2 Coaching qualification in 2000, alongside an NVQ in Coaching, Teaching and Instruction.

FA Medical Tutor

As a Tutor on our F.A medical courses, Phil has responsibility for "first aid for football", level 2 and 3 treatment and management of injury and field based sports physiology.  During a career which spans over 20 years, Phil has headed up three physio departments in Professional Football Clubs, delivered the Treatment and Management of Injury courses for the Football Association and currently lectures nationally and internationally.  His current research centres on the use of Force Platform Technology helping indentify disparity in the late stage of rehabilitation.
